Position Description:
FlexGen is revolutionizing the energy landscape with our HybridOS platform, enabling rapid deployment and efficient management of large-scale battery storage systems critical for renewable energy adoption. Unlike traditional energy management systems that require custom development for each project, we apply modern technologies and product development principles to deliver software that is powerful, intuitive, and enjoyable to use.
As a HybridOS Training Specialist, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and the people who use it. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs and materials that empower our users, partners, and internal teams to leverage the full potential of HybridOS. Utilizing existing documentation, you will create structured learning paths with clear objectives, producing concise training modules accessible through a learning portal. Your work will directly impact the speed and success of renewable energy integration into the power grid by ensuring that stakeholders can effectively utilize our platform to optimize battery performance and grid stability. The ideal candidate is a proactive educator with a passion for technology and a talent for translating complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
