Role Overview:
As an Account Manager at EZ Texting, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our relationships with existing customers while also exploring new business opportunities. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring successful product adoption, and driving revenue growth within your assigned book of business. You will work closely with the Account Management Team Lead, Sales Manager and VP of Customer Success.
