Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to join our team as the Head of Revenue Operations. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for transforming and optimizing our revenue operations, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to drive sustainable growth. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will lead the charge in building scalable processes, creating data-driven insights, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Revenue Operations team.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue operations, delivering both quick wins and long-term improvements that support scalable growth.

  • Design and deploy systems for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting, ensuring they support seamless revenue generation.

  • Own and optimize the tech stack, ensuring a seamless flow of data across systems to support revenue growth.

  • Lead the creation of sales enablement programs, focusing on continuous learning, market readiness, and product knowledge to empower the sales team.

  • Partner with Sales, HR, and Finance to create incentive programs and manage commission structures, driving desired behaviors that align with growth priorities.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success teams to build strong relationships, implement best practices, and ensure data accuracy by optimizing Salesforce hygiene. 

  • Foster alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, BI, and Finance, ensuring a unified approach to revenue generation.

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities, translating insights into strategies that optimize revenue streams.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights, ensuring data accuracy and smooth integration across tech platforms.

  • Prepare and present data-driven reports to the Board and/or leadership, showcasing key metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations.

  • Drive initiatives that enhance sales efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous development.

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying best practices to drive innovation and enhance processes.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, revenue recognition principles (e.g., ASC 606), and subscription-based pricing strategies.

  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams focused on continuous improvement.

  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience leveraging data for strategic decision-making and using tools like Salesforce and Tableau.

  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) and expertise in optimizing tech stacks for data accuracy and integration.

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage competing priorities effectively.

What We Offer

Compensation: The starting cash compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $195,000, inclusive of Base Salary + Variable Target, vs base salary only. This position is also eligible for equity & benefits. More information will be shared regarding your specific location during the hiring process.

Our compensation market ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum cash compensation target for new hire compensation for this position based in the US. Exact individual pay is determined by actual location, skills, capabilities and experience in addition to our benchmarking factors.
