About the Role
As Director of Product Design, you'll be a key leader shaping the innovation, growth, and user experience across Fabric's products. This pivotal role offers the chance to champion a user-centered design culture and lead a talented team in creating intuitive, effective solutions for our customers. You'll be instrumental in realizing Fabric’s full vision of a singular, integrated hybrid care journey, ensuring a cohesive and impactful user experience across all offerings.
You'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, working closely with cross-functional product, engineering, clinical, and Go-to-Market teams. This includes building vital relationships with our customers, reaching up to hospital C-suite executives. This is an exciting opportunity to get on the ground floor of a fast-paced startup, define what it means to enable the health systems of the future to do their best work, and significantly improve patient and provider lives through impactful design and a deep understanding of human healthcare processes. The reasonably estimated annual base salary range for this full-time role in New York is $140,000.00 - $175,000.00. Our total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes a base salary, with eligibility for variable compensation, and a stock options package. Additionally, Fabric provides a comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision) and unlimited PTO. Please note that the base salary range provided is a guideline, representing what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting; the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
