Manager of Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our growing team at Fabric Health. Reporting directly to the VP of People, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our organization by leading the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles. Beyond traditional talent acquisition responsibilities, this role will focus on building robust interview standards, implementing streamlined offer approval workflows, and enhancing our employer branding efforts.

What you'll do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement standardized interview processes: This includes creating structured interview guides, defining evaluation criteria, and training hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques to ensure consistency and reduce bias.
  • Design and implement offer approval workflows: Establish clear guidelines and approval processes for compensation packages, ensuring alignment with company budgets and internal equity.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives: Collaborate with marketing and other relevant teams to develop and execute strategies that showcase Fabric Health as an employer of choice. This includes managing our online presence on platforms like Glassdoor and LinkedIn, creating engaging content, and promoting our employee value proposition.
  • Negotiate offers and collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Manage a small team of Internal and external recruiters (if applicable).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in  full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions within preference for Healthcare tech industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. 
  • Experience in developing and implementing interview standards and offer approval workflows is highly desired.
  • Experience in employer branding and social media marketing is a plus.


Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Expected compensation range for this role is $110,000-$150,000 base salary (plus bonus and equity). Compensation is dependent on experience, overall fit to our role, and candidate location. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.
