About the role
The Clinic Lead provides elevated administrative support and leadership within our client-facing skincare clinic, acting as a bridge between the front desk team and clinic management. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations while taking on added responsibilities such as reporting, light project coordination, social media support under guidance alongside the Clinic Coordinator. The Clinic Lead also serves as a resource for escalated client issues and will be acting Manager on Duty when the Clinic Manager is unavailable, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment throughout. This position will work onsite at our San Ramon clinic. (Must be available to work evenings and weekends). Our Clinic is open Tuesday – Sunday (Tuesdays – 10am-6pm, Wednesdays & Thursdays 9:30am-8pm, Fridays & Saturdays- 9:30am-6pm) This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
