Financial Planning Specialist

The Financial Planning Specialist supports and assists the financial planners in all aspects of the planning process. This individual supports the financial planners by preparing deliverables for client meetings; Inputting client data in the planning software; Generating various reports & projections; Communicating with clients, internal associates, and third parties as necessary. This role works closely with the financial planners to assure a first-rate experience for client meetings.

As a Financial Planning Specialist with Falcon Wealth Planning, you will be part of a rapidly growing financial planning firm. You may also qualify for advancement to other positions depending on your credentials.


JOB DUTIES

· Prepare meeting deliverables for client meetings

· Generate reports and other analytical projections for financial planners

· Data entry into financial planning software and internally created reports to assist in creating comprehensive financial plans

· Assist financial planners and other departments with other projects as needed

· Communicate with clients to reschedule meetings, open accounts, and answer questions

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

· Ability to communicate with clients and associates in a clear and concise manner

· Familiarity with general office software (Microsoft Office Suite)

· Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines

· Strong attention to detail & accuracy, and commitment to quality

· Flexibility to change priorities and support other associates

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree

· Familiarity with planning software such as eMoney, Money guide Pro etc.

· Relevant educational or professional experience (finance, accounting, or business administration)

The pay range for this role is:

50,000 - 60,000 USD per year (HQ)
