Overview
Farlinium is seeking an experienced hands-on B2B marketer with demonstrated skills in building and scaling a multi-channel marketing engine that drives pipeline growth. The role will work in close partnership with sales and under the guidance of an experienced fractional CMO. This position is ideal for a high-performing early-mid career marketer who thrives in learning and execution, enjoys building structure in dynamic environments, and is motivated by measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
You will own the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing programs, including ABM campaigns, event nurturing, and CRM-driven initiatives, while helping establish repeatable processes, results-driven reporting, and martech systems (primarily HubSpot) to support growth.
The role will partner with internal teams to create strategic content that effectively engages new and existing customers, and articulates our company value proposition to drive new qualified lead-generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and executing B2B programs that generate high-quality leads and support pipeline growth.

Work Environment
