As a Technical Consultant at Farlinium, you’ll partner with client teams to clarify requirements and recommend the right technical approach before diving into hands-on development. You’ll design and build stable, maintainable integrations—APIs, data pipelines, and automation—while guiding clients through each phase, from discovery workshops to solution delivery. Through practical, transparent communication and a focus on clean code and reliable deployments, you’ll ensure our solutions solve real business problems and set the stage for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

● Consult & architect – Lead discovery workshops, ask the right questions to surface unspoken needs, and recommend pragmatic technical approaches before writing a line of code

● Build integrations & pipelines – Implement and maintain ETL/ELT workflows, APIs, and automation across cloud and on-prem platforms, using best-in-class data-integration tools

● Guide client adoption – Present prototypes and demos, translate technical trade-offs in business terms, and coach client teams on using and extending delivered solutions

● Ensure reliability & security – Embed testing, monitoring, error-handling, and data-security controls into every deliverable for production readiness

● Track progress & mitigate risk – Maintain clear workplans, surface blockers early, and adjust scope or timeline in partnership with clients to keep projects on schedule

● Drive continuous improvement – Research emerging tools and patterns, then pilot or propose enhancements that deliver measurable efficiency or insight gains for clients

● Mentor & collaborate – Share knowledge with peers, contribute to team standards, and foster an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute their best

Qualifications

● Degree & experience – Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; 3+ years delivering data integrations or back-end services in a consulting or SaaS setting

● Technical toolkit – Hands-on expertise in Python, RESTful API design, SQL/NoSQL databases, and AWS

● Integration expertise – Deep familiarity with ETL/ELT frameworks

● Contact-center platforms (optional) – Experience with Genesys, CXOne, Five9 or similar is a plus

● Consulting skills – Proven ability to lead client conversations, frame technical trade-offs in business terms, and earn stakeholder trust

● Project-management chops – Comfortable running agile sprints, managing dependencies, and delivering client-facing milestones on time

● Communication & collaboration – Strong verbal and written skills; able to explain complex concepts simply and work effectively across distributed teams

● Quality mindset – You write clean, well-tested code and build with security, monitoring, and maintainability top of mind
