Implementation Consultant (Gong Practice Founder)

Farlinium is building a Gong services practice. We help enterprises unlock the value of Gong through expert implementations, integrations, and enablement programs. This is the first role in our Gong practice. You will be trained and certified by Gong, lead hands-on customer implementations, and build the foundation for a scalable services team as demand grows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Complete Gong training and certification and serve as the primary implementation consultant for early customers
  • Configure core Enable and Foundation capabilities including smart and keyword trackers, initiative boards, deal warnings, deal boards, and scorecards aligned to customer sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or other frameworks
  • Stand up forecast boards and define columns, filters, and rollups that align to CRM fields and sales stages
  • Implement Engage workflows including email and calendar connection, sequences and flows, AI tasks, and follow-up automation
  • Orchestrate integrations with Zoom or Microsoft Teams, Gmail or Outlook, and Salesforce or HubSpot or Dynamics, partnering with customer IT and RevOps teams to ensure secure and reliable data flow
  • Drive change management and adoption including admin enablement, end user training, call briefs and recap workflows, and adoption metrics
  • Enable data exports or connections to data clouds such as Snowflake or BigQuery and partner with BI teams on win/loss and pipeline dashboards
  • Create repeatable playbooks, templates, and delivery checklists and then recruit, mentor, and lead additional consultants as the practice scales
  • Support pre-sales scoping and solution design with Farlinium and Gong stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Three to five years of enterprise SaaS implementation or consulting experience
  • Direct experience configuring a major CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics
  • Experience with Gong or equivalent revenue intelligence platforms (e.g., Chorus, Clari, Salesloft, Outreach) in an implementation or admin capacity is preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, BANT, Challenger, or similar) and the end-to-end revenue cycle, with the ability to translate these into trackers, boards, and workflows in Gong
  • Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and training skills
  • Technical aptitude for SaaS configuration and integrations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a new practice
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation


Farlinium offers a competitive base salary with an annual variable incentive tied to objective KPIs. Final compensation is based on skills and experience.


Work environment


Remote-first within the United States. Occasional client or partner travel with advance notice. Essential functions include virtual collaboration, customer presentations, and contract negotiations. Reasonable accommodations are available.
