We’re growing and looking for a Sign Installer to join our team. If you enjoy working with your hands, being active throughout the day, and seeing the results of your work displayed across the community, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

As a Sign Installer, you will be the final step in bringing our clients’ vision to life. You’ll install signage and graphics in a wide variety of environments—from office interiors and retail spaces to building exteriors and vehicles. Every day is different, and your work will be seen by thousands of people across West Michigan.

You’ll use a variety of tools and installation techniques to assemble, mount, and secure signage safely and professionally. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving in the field, and learning new skills in a We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals who want to learn and grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Install a variety of signs, graphics, and visual displays at customer locations
• Install vehicle graphics and wraps with a clean, professional finish
• Install window films and interior graphics in office and retail environments
• Perform indoor and outdoor installations using ladders, lifts, and hand tools
• Review job specifications and verify measurements prior to installation
• Deliver completed signage to customer locations when required
• Assess installation environments and determine the best techniques for a successful install
• Work both independently and alongside team members depending on the project
• Responsible for all offsite sign and print media installations

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift, move, and work in active environments throughout the day
• Comfortable working on ladders or elevated platforms (no fear of heights)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused

Preferred but not required:

• Experience installing signs, graphics, or displays
• Vehicle wrap or vehicle graphics installation experience
• Window film installation experience
• Scissor lift or bucket truck experience
