About the Role


As our Product Analytics Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Félix by translating raw data into actionable insights that drive product innovation and business growth. You'll lead our Data Analysts team, reporting directly to our CTO, Francisco Godoy, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.



Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Product Strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven product strategy, leveraging analytics to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of Data Analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver high-quality insights.
  • Advanced Analytics: Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical techniques, machine learning, and other advanced methods to uncover hidden patterns and trends.
  • Product Insights: Partner with our product team to understand product goals and requirements, and provide data-driven insights to inform product development and roadmap decisions.
  • Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex findings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance standards and processes to ensure data quality and integrity.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, or computer science
  • 6+ years of experience in product and/or data-related roles, with a strong emphasis on data analytics
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring data or product teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams  
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, preferably in a fintech or technology startup
