About the role

The Senior Inside Sales Representative will manage a remote sales territory focused primarily on franchise groups and automotive accounts. Additionally, they will be responsible for selling Fellers' services and goods to accounts in designated geographic regions. The goal of this role is to maintain and grow an existing client base while pursuing new clients and opportunities that will both benefit and grow Fellers sales. As a Senior sales representative, this role will manage an estimated $5,000,000+ in sales responsibility.

What you'll do

  • Conduct productive sales calls, and/or prospect new business opportunities within assigned accounts or application
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and or growing existing customer base
  • Research product and application information using available resources and tools
  • Manage and own the resolution of customer related questions, opportunities, and inquiries
  • Utilize salesforce and other CRM tools for effective management of assigned responsibilities and targets
  • Provide customers with appropriate product, hardware, and other Fellers service information
  • Develop and maintain existing stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
  • Collaboration along side Outside Sales Rep within assigned region to support customer follow up, questions and ongoing targeting 
  • Target hardware and traffic and safety sales opportunities in partnership with assigned sales reps
  • Attend trade shows, franchise events and/or company meetings to support applications needs and growth
  • Where needed enter in orders into order entry system
  • Coordinate, create and conduct customer training and learnings for Automotive or Sign and Graphics applications
  • Handle complex customers that require an advanced understanding of product and application needs
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and the customer base to drive marketing campaigns designed to target specific customers and applications for follow up and sales orders
  • Support franchise and inside sales teams by coordinating daily vendor interactions to identify and deliver products and solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Manage and cultivate strong corporate buying relationships with a designated group of franchise accounts. Align purchasing strategies with their overall corporate objectives and facilitate coordinated buying decisions at the local level.
  • Manage a high-value account portfolio including Speedpro, ARC, Alliance Franchise Brands, and Tint World. 

Qualifications

  • Limited ability for overnight travel where needed 
  • History of successful attainment of sales goals and winning new business
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong presentation and negotiation skill
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Experience in networking and cold calling/prospecting
  • Strong sense of urgency and proven track record to drive results
  • Strong organization skills to multi-task demanding priorities; effective use of resources to deliver customer results
  • Strong working knowledge of current and changing company products and service offerings; ability to maintain industry/competitor knowledge

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 7+ years relevant sales experience
  • 5+ years relevant customer training experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of time as noted for shows, events and trainings
  • Quiet and professional workplace free from noise (kids, pets, etc.)
  • High speed internet access, wired to employee's residence, with minimum speed of 50 mbps
  • A chair and flat surface or desk to work from

The pay range for this role is:

40,000 - 50,000 USD per year (Remote)
