About the role

Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will provide support for all marketing activities for Fellers and its businesses including Interwest, Digicut, and proprietary brands. This role will also coordinate the utilization of marketing development fund (co-op) programs with major manufacturers including tracking budget spend, claim filing, and reporting.

What you'll do

  • Monitor social media channels and customer email inquiries to identify potential customer project stories and user-generated content.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to capture their experiences for publication on our website, social media, or other marketing materials.
  • Edit and refine customer content for clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
  • Assist with the creation of engaging social media posts and marketing content to support campaign initiatives.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program.
  • Track expenses, reconcile budgets with Finance, and ensure timely submission of vendor claims.
  • Manage the ordering process for branded marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, etc.), merchandise, and product placement opportunities for the sales team and trade shows.
  • Collect and record key performance indicator (KPI) data related to marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with the creation of weekly and monthly marketing reports, providing valuable insights for campaign evaluation.
  • Provide videography support by capturing project footage for marketing purposes.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing contests and customer promotions.
  • Assist with invoice management and budget reconciliation tasks.
  • Execute writing of SEO and website content, collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Senior Marketing Director and Marketing Communications Manager.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent marketing experience required
  • Graphics design experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus
  • Video creation management and editing experience is a plus
  • File management experience a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Maximum 20% travel
  • 100% remote (work at home)
