About You: 

As an AI Product Manager, you will play a critical role in building products where AI is deeply integrated into the experience. You’ll work cross-functionally to design, ship, and refine features powered by modern AI technologies from conversational systems to AI creation tools. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on execution and has hands-on experience of shipping AI products.

This is a remote role, offering flexibility to work from anywhere in India.

You Will: 

• Full lifecycle ownership of AI-first features — ideation, build, launch, and iteration.
• Prompt engineering: design, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs in production.
  Build both conversational AI features (chat, voice, retrieval agents) and creation/automation tools (AI-powered workflows, intelligent assistants).
• Design and manage AI Agents to handle multi-step workflows, contextual reasoning, and task automation.
• Define product requirements and success metrics, prioritize, and ship.
• Run experiments, set up eval pipelines to assess accuracy, reliability, and safety, and refine rapidly based on real-world usage.
• Ensure AI is deeply integrated into workflows, not bolted on.

You Have:

• 3–5 years of product management experience (SaaS, B2B, or consumer-tech).
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features (conversational systems, creation tools, AI agents, or workflow automation).
• Direct experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation methods (A/B testing, eval sets, metrics, human-in-the-loop feedback).
• High-agency, execution-first mindset: proactive, resourceful, and ownership-driven.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and make pragmatic trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus but not required).
