About You:
We're seeking an experienced SDR Manager to lead and scale our Sales Development Representative team. You'll be responsible for building a world-class outbound sales engine that leverages AI tools and modern sales methodologies to generate a qualified pipeline for our Account Executive team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive both strategy and execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
You Will:
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top SDR talent with a focus on career progression
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and skills development sessions
- Create a culture of continuous learning and achievement within the team
Pipeline Generation & Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive outbound strategies across multiple channels (email, social media, phone, video)
- Implement and optimize AI-powered prospecting tools and workflows
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure alignment on target accounts and messaging
- Segment outreach based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
Performance Management & Optimization
- Set and track KPIs including outbound activities, meetings booked, meetings held, and conversion rates
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
- Implement sales processes and playbooks that drive consistent results
- Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate reporting across all activities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and feedback loops
- Work with Revenue Operations to optimize tech stack and reporting
- Coordinate with Marketing on lead scoring, content creation, and campaign alignment
Success Metrics:
- Primary: Number of qualified meetings booked for Account Executives
- Secondary: ARR closed from SDR-generated pipeline
- Team Development: SDR ramp time, quota attainment, and promotion rates
- Efficiency: Cost per meeting, conversion rates by channel
You Have:
Experience & Background
- 3+ years of experience managing SDR/BDR teams at B2B SaaS companies
- 2+ years of individual contributor experience in sales development or inside sales
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding pipeline generation targets
- Experience with AI-powered sales tools and modern sales technology stack
- Residential real estate industry experience is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate and develop talent
- Deep understanding of outbound sales methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus) and sales engagement platforms
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Technical Knowledge
- Experience with AI prospecting tools
- Understanding of email deliverability, LinkedIn automation, and multi-channel sequencing
- Familiarity with sales intelligence platforms and data enrichment tools
