About You:

You’re a seasoned enablement professional with a knack for building practical, high-impact training systems that drive performance in fast-paced SaaS environments. You thrive on action and iteration, not bloated processes, and have a proven track record of getting sales and CS teams productive quickly. With 4+ years of experience in transactional SaaS, you understand how reps think, learn, and improve, and you’re ready to be the multiplier that powers Fello’s rapid growth. Your strong communication skills and data-driven approach make you an ideal partner to our CRO, Sales, CS, and Product Marketing teams.

You Will:

  • Design and own a fast-track onboarding program to get new sales reps productive in 30 days.
  • Build and maintain a core enablement engine, including curriculum for messaging, positioning, tools, and processes focused on high-volume prospecting, fast-cycle selling, and renewals.
  • Drive behavioral consistency by reinforcing core habits like daily outreach, demo flow discipline, and effective tool usage.
  • Act as an internal consultant, embedding with Sales and CS to listen to calls, run live coaching, identify trends, and proactively address performance gaps.
  • Develop certification programs for reps and managers on messaging, tools, demo delivery, and objection handling.
  • Partner with RevOps and the CRO to tie enablement directly to measurable outcomes like onboarding velocity, attainment consistency, and deal cycle compression.
  • Support GTM experimentation by turning new plays or vertical expansions into scalable motions with clear messaging, objection handling, and enablement content.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of enablement experience in high-velocity, transactional SaaS environments (e.g., real estate tech, SMB SaaS, or inside-sales-heavy organizations).
  • A bias for action and iteration over formal, bloated processes.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms to drive performance.
  • Deep understanding of how sales reps think, learn, and improve in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills to create clear, simple, scalable enablement content.
  • Bonus: Experience enabling sales teams with AI-powered products or value propositions
  • Bonus: Familiarity with problem-first sales frameworks like SPCIED and Sandler.
