What You Will Do

• Provide Botox, dermal fillers, RF microneedling, and laser treatments
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and build personalized treatment plans
• Deliver high volume injectable care with accuracy and consistency
• Ensure safety, compliance, and exceptional clinical standards
• Stay current with emerging techniques and trends in facial rejuvenation
• Create a five star guest experience that reflects our brand

What You Will Bring

Required
• Active Indiana Nurse Practitioner license
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Passion for aesthetics and guest centered care
• Strong communication and consultative skills
• Ability to excel in a fast moving setting where growth and results are prioritized

Preferred
• Two or more years of NP experience
• Experience or interest in injectables, medspa, dermatology, or facial rejuvenation
• Comfort working in a goal-oriented, high-volume clinical environment

Compensation Transparency
Face Forward Aesthetics provides a compensation range for each posted position in compliance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation within the stated range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for bonuses, incentives, or additional benefits as part of the total rewards package.
