About the Job:


We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to support end-to-end project execution across cabinetry and millwork projects. You’ll ensure accurate documentation, smooth cross-team coordination, timely submittals, and error-free order releases. This role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage technical drawings in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage project kickoff by reviewing all handoff documents, confirming details, and updating active job lists.
  • Create and maintain submittal logs; process shop drawings, samples, and product data for approval.
  • Coordinate with drafting teams and ensure all drawings and samples are approved before releasing orders.
  • Prepare accurate order releases, verify specifications, and coordinate with PMs and factory teams.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and escalate over-budget invoices.
  • Manage punch list items during installation and order corrections promptly.
  • Identify, document, and track Change Orders; secure client approval before proceeding.
  • Lead and coordinate with drafters and the Assistant Project Manager to ensure timelines, accuracy, and project flow.

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar.
  • Experience in construction, millwork, or project coordination preferred.
  • Ability to read and manage architectural drawings and technical documents.
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High accuracy, accountability, and comfort working under shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and documentation systems.

The pay range for this role is:

48,000.00 - 52,000.00 PHP per month (Sands Office)
