About the Job:


The IT Admin Assistant will support the IT and business operations teams by serving as the first point of contact for internal IT-related requests and administrative processes. This role will be responsible for triaging incoming IT tickets, resolving basic technical issues when possible, and coordinating with the appropriate IT personnel for more complex matters.


In addition to technical support coordination, the role will also assist with administrative tasks related to IT-supported business processes, including documentation, tracking, and completing operational paperwork such as dropship-related processing. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and excellent English communication skills.


What You'll Do:


IT Ticket Triage and Coordination

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests.
  • Monitor incoming IT tickets and requests through the designated helpdesk or ticketing system.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and resolve basic technical issues when possible.
  • Assign or escalate tickets to the appropriate IT team member when necessary.
  • Track ticket status and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records of IT requests and resolutions.

Administrative Support for IT and Operations

  • Assist with administrative processes currently managed by the IT team.
  • Complete required documentation and paperwork related to operational processes, including dropship-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Support process tracking and data entry related to IT-supported workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in administrative processes.


Communication and Coordination

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal users regarding ticket status and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal IT staff and business stakeholders to ensure smooth handling of requests.
  • Provide clear written documentation and updates as needed.

Required

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfort working with ticketing systems or task management tools
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues


Preferred

  • Previous experience in IT helpdesk support, IT coordination, or technical support roles (1+ years)
  • Experience working with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
  • Experience supporting operational or administrative processes in a business environment
  • Familiarity with basic IT concepts (user access, software issues, hardware troubleshooting, etc.)

The pay range for this role is:

22,000 - 25,000 PHP per month (Bacolod Office)
