About the Job:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shop Drawing Assistant (HVAC / Mechanical) to support our HVAC shop drawing department. The ideal candidate has prior experience in HVAC/mechanical drafting, is technically inclined, highly organized, and capable of following detailed instructions and drafting standards. Experience supporting U.S.-based HVAC projects is preferred.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare HVAC/mechanical shop drawings based on project plans, specifications, and company standards
- Revise and update shop drawings according to redlines, markups, and reviewer comments
- Organize, manage, and maintain drawing files, revisions, and document versions
- Assist in the preparation and submission of shop drawing packages
- Coordinate drawing requirements with other trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
- Track drawing revisions, comments, and approval status
- Communicate effectively with internal team members, designers, and engineers to address drawing-related concerns
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Drafting Technology, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience working with U.S.-based HVAC or mechanical systems
- Proven experience producing and revising HVAC/mechanical shop drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for mechanical drafting
- Working knowledge of Revit, with the ability to review, interpret, and coordinate models
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple revisions and deadlines
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning

The pay range for this role is:
34,750 - 40,000 PHP per month (Bacolod Office)
34,750 - 40,000 PHP per month (Queens Office)
