About the Job:


The Lead Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing and maintaining accounting workbooks and close schedules. This role requires the ability to quickly assess existing information, exercise sound judgment, and deliver work that is ready for review and audit. The position reports directly to the Assistant Manager.


What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, update, and maintain accounting workbooks and close-related schedules
  • Own balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation
  • Apply GAAP and accrual accounting principles consistently
  • Resolve complex reconciling items prior to review
  • Ensure workpapers are complete, accurate, and properly supported
  • Identify issues, think ahead, and escalate matters as appropriate

What You'll Bring:

  • CPA license required
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong command of GAAP, accrual accounting, and close processes
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to understand system workflows and data flow
  • Extensive experience working in Excel-based accounting workbooks
  • Clear and effective English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to think quickly, anticipate issues, and adapt in a fast-paced close environment
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based accounting or audit processes preferred

The pay range for this role is:

106,000 - 120,000 PHP per month (Remote (Metro Manila, PH))
