About the role

The Solutions Architect role is dedicated to delivering expert guidance and seamless execution for Field Agent’s custom projects, including audits, insight surveys, and trial products. Unlike Customer Success Managers, this role is not focused on subscription-based or ARR projects but instead supports non-premier accounts with customized solutions.

 

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. This role requires an understanding of the retail and CPG landscape, as well as expertise in Field Agent’s platform capabilities.


What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients managing custom projects, including audits, insights surveys, and product trials.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all Field Agent capabilities, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Guide clients through the execution of projects, from scoping and planning to final delivery.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Field Agent’s technology, methodologies, and marketplace to optimize project execution and client success.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure accuracy and efficiency in execution.
  • Troubleshoot project-related challenges and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance outcomes.
  • Educate clients on best practices for utilizing Field Agent’s solutions to maximize impact.
  • Contribute to the lifetime value and satisfaction of our clients through proactive support and communication.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in the retail or CPG industry preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Field Agent preferred for platform expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working cross-functionally to drive successful outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in project execution.

The pay range for this role is:

50,000 - 60,000 USD per year (NWA)
