POSITION OVERVIEW

The HubSpot Administrator oversees and manages the Field Agent HubSpot CRM instance, including the marketing, sales, and customer success hubs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration across teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining data integrity. This role is a combination of strategic stakeholder alignment and hands-on execution, requiring both high-level collaboration and detailed, technical implementation.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      Administer and maintain our HubSpot CRM instance across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service Hubs.

      Manage user roles, permissions, and system configurations to ensure security and compliance.

      Develop and optimize workflows, automation, lead nurturing and marketing attribution processes.

      Oversee data integrity, cleaning, and enrichment to improve reporting accuracy.

      Implement and manage integrations with third-party tools and platforms.

      Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align HubSpot capabilities with business objectives.

      Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

      Provide training and support to internal teams to enhance HubSpot adoption and best practices.

      Stay updated with HubSpot updates and best practices to leverage new features effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       7+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Customer Service Hub.

·       Strong understanding of CRM best practices, automation, and data management.

·       Experience with HubSpot integrations, API connections, and third-party tools.

·       Ability to create reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

·       Strong communication and training skills to support cross-functional teams.

·       HubSpot certifications (preferred but not required).

The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Remote)
