We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to help us find top talent to join our dynamic team! As a Recruiter at FieldPulse, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and connecting exceptional candidates with our growing company.
Where You'll Work:
- Full-time, in-office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX.
- You’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high-energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Source, screen, and identify potential candidates for various roles across FieldPulse, focusing on entry-level to mid-level positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and assist hiring managers with candidate evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and job requirements.
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other creative sourcing methods to find diverse talent.
- Assist with the coordination of interviews, feedback sessions, and offers.
- Support the team in organizing and conducting recruitment events, such as job fairs and career meetups.
- Help with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling
What We're Looking For:
- A recent graduate or someone with a year of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Passion for contributing to an inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, eager to learn and grow within the recruitment space.
