We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious AI/Agentic Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but also brings a strong sense of ownership and drive to push boundaries in AI and autonomous agent development.

About the Role

As an AI/Agentic Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling next-generation agentic systems that leverage large language models, real-time orchestration, and advanced automation. You’ll work closely with product and engineering leadership to take ideas from concept to production, with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/agentic systems that solve complex real-world problems.
• Architect scalable solutions to support multi-agent workflows, real-time decision-making, and autonomous task execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate vague product intent into working, high-quality solutions.
• Own projects end-to-end: ideation, prototyping, implementation, iteration, and scaling.
• Stay current with emerging research, frameworks, and tooling in agentic AI, applying them to products.
• Ensure systems meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building, scaling, and shipping AI or agentic products.
• Strong programming experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar) and comfort working across the stack.
• Experience with LLM frameworks, orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGen, custom agent frameworks), and vector databases.
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and event-driven or real-time systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• A collaborative team player with ambition to innovate and willingness to take initiative.

Preferred Experience

• Working knowledge of multi-agent architectures, autonomous workflows, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with production deployment and monitoring of AI-driven systems.
