This role is perfect for someone with at least 7 years of experience in accounting and finance who possesses a strong analytical mindset. You will play a critical role in managing financial strategies, budgets, and operational efficiencies while contributing to the overall financial success of the organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies to support organizational goals.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Handle accounting activities, including reconciliations, audits, and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive financial planning and decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with industry standards.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for financial performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's or CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of professional experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
