About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Communications/Social Media Director to join our Business Development, Sales, & Marketing team. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute company-wide communication strategies to support marketing, public relations, and business development goals.
• Oversee and manage all social media accounts, creating compelling, high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives.
• Monitor and analyze social media and communication campaigns to assess performance, identify trends, and optimize engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Craft press releases, statements, and other public-facing documents as needed to represent the business professionally and accurately.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in communications, social media management, or a similar leadership role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail and creative storytelling abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok) and tools for audience engagement and analytics.
