The Role


We’re looking for a Demand Generation lead with expertise in Enterprise SaaS. As an early employee, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy and organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Working alongside Sales team, set and reach company goals for monthly and quarterly pipeline creation
  • Interview, select, and manage Marketing consultants for Content, Events, etc.
  • Research, implement, and administer Marketing technology stack and AI tools
  • Build a Capital Markets community through in-person events
  • Set and manage budget for Demand Generation, adjusting channel mix and spend as necessary

We're Looking For

  • Demand Gen Expertise: You have 5+ years of experience in a Growth role at a high-performing enterprise SaaS company
  • Passion for People Management: You do a good job leading teams and helping lead and mentor individual contributors
  • Strategic Thinkers: You take a data-driven approach to your outreach and the evaluation of new channels
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in dynamic settings and are self-driven to add value and solve new challenges.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you can drive conversations with prospects forward by identifying clear next steps, even in uncertain conditions.
