The Senior Digital Performance Strategist plays a critical role in driving client success through data-driven performance strategies with a focus on marketing automation, paid search, and conversion funnels. This role requires deep expertise in digital marketing, particularly in the dental industry, and strong cross-functional collaboration with our internal teams. You’ll serve as a key resource in optimizing client outcomes, innovating performance strategies, and supporting the development of internal processes and tools.
This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns with a focus on performance outcomes, including PPC, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and lead generation funnels
- Collaborate closely with our Client Success Management (CSM) team to troubleshoot performance issues, present wins, and support client renewals and upsell opportunities
- Use first-party data and industry trends to proactively identify performance risks and develop strategic action plans to meet client goals
- Break down advanced performance strategies into clear, client-friendly insights to support CSMs in performance reporting and client communication
- Assist with testing and rolling out new strategies, tools, and products that support team-wide innovation and client success
- Work with internal teams to document, refine, and improve marketing performance processes and best practices
- Support training and knowledge sharing across departments by contributing to internal enablement materials and strategy documentation
- Prepare and deliver performance reports and strategic updates on a mid-quarter and quarterly basis
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience executing and managing PPC, SEO/SEM, and funnel strategies
- Deep understanding of marketing automation tools and workflows (Go High Level, Twillo, etc. a plus)
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
- Experience in A/B testing, results tracking, and performance summary
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both internal stakeholders and clients
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
Benefits
- Salary Base: $60,000–$65,000/year DOE
