Client Onboarding Administrative Assistant 

Role Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Onboarding Administrative Assistant to help streamline the onboarding process for new clients. This is a client facing role, focused on ensuring all clients are onboarded into our internal systems, collecting all necessary documentation and facilitating communication between client and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into the company. 

Roles and Responsibilities

System Setup and Data Entry

- Enter new client information in company database.

- Set up client accounts in Company Softwares.

- Oversee client page in CRM and update with all add-ons and relevant details.

- Follow up to obtain all intake forms and offer to set appointments for completion over the phone.

Documentation and Communication

- Review sales calls, take notes with timestamps.

- Enter  notes into the database.

- Join client meetings as needed

Key Skills and Competencies

– Experience in client onboarding, account setup, or client success roles

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Teamwork, and other related software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients and setting the foundation for their successful engagement with our services.


The pay range for this role is:

20 - 20 USD per hour (Remote (United States))
