The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at FireHydrant, you will own and drive the vision for your area of the product, ensuring we deliver impactful solutions that improve incident management and alerting for our customers. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to shape and execute the roadmap, balancing customer needs with business priorities. Our product management team focuses on continuous learning, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to refine our strategy and build enterprise-ready, API-first solutions that scale with our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Define and communicate the product vision, collaborating with stakeholders to plan and prioritize roadmap initiatives that drive impact.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring alignment across sprints and quarters.
  • Engage with customers to uncover pain points and unmet needs, translating insights into clear, actionable work for the engineering team.
  • Synthesize qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research into strategic recommendations, sharing learnings across the organization to drive alignment.
  • Work with go-to-market teams to successfully launch product changes, ensuring a smooth transition from development to adoption.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps.
  • A strategic thinker—you effectively communicate product decisions, strategies, and rationale to engineers, stakeholders, and sales teams.
  • A data-driven mindset—you have deep experience working with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative data to inform decisions. You’ve conducted user research, run A/B tests, and have collaborated closely with design researchers and analysts to shape the product experience.
  • A solid understanding of the technical architecture of complex web applications, enabling you to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Compensation

The salary for this role is $215,000.00 per year.
