We are looking for an energetic team member for our closing production team! Production team members are responsible for adhering to the daily production schedules, to ensure all orders are produced and filled.

Shift

• Monday - Friday
• Current shifts available are:
• • 1:30pm - 10pm

Responsibilities and Duties

• All employees must be willing to
• • Adhere to all GMP and SQF standards
  • Adhere to the attendance policy
  • Adhere to the workplace safety standards
• Responsible for using an understanding of ingredients and food preparation to follow recipes, and create consistent bread
• Adhere to production schedule standards
• Adhere to product specification standards with measuring tools
• Willing to rotate around the stations as needed
• Placing baking pans on oven carts
• Pushing oven carts to proofer or cooler
• Scoring & adding toppings to dough as needed
• Proper use of knives to cut and portion dough
• Ensure proper packing materials are used for the correct products
• Verify the quality of finished products and packaging

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours)
• Position requires standing, bending, stooping, twisting and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 30lbs, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to work in subzero environments as well as 90 degree environments
• Bilingual preferred but not required
