Position: Government Guaranteed Loan Assistant

Location: Greenbrier, Arkansas / Mountain View, Arkansas

What Makes This Role Exciting:

 As a Government Guaranteed Loan Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping small businesses, farmers, and community organizations access funding through SBA, USDA, and other government-backed loan programs. This is a unique opportunity to build specialized skills in a high-demand area of banking, work closely with experienced lending professionals, and contribute to projects that truly matter. If you’re detail-oriented, mission-driven, and ready to grow, this role offers a clear path to advancement and purpose-driven work.

You’ll collaborate daily with Loan Officers, Loan Operations, and customers to make sure every “I” is dotted, every “T” is crossed, and every loan is handled with care. If you love a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your attention to detail and organization skills truly shine, this could be your perfect fit!

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Associate’s degree (business-related field preferred).
• Experience: 1-2 years of business office work experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, web-based technology, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Attributes: Service-oriented, excellent time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Location: Must be located within 30 miles of Greenbrier or Mountain View, Arkansas or willing to relocate

Availability:

• Full-time hours: Mondays through Fridays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
