Position: BRANCH MANAGER

Location: Saline County, Arkansas

As a Branch Manager in Saline County, you’ll be the face of First Service Bank in your community—leading a team, building relationships, and making a real impact. What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Experience: 3+ years of banking experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Skills:
• • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate business and meet sales goals
  • Proficiency in Excel, web-based technology, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Attributes: Service-oriented, excellent time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Location: Must be located within 30 miles of Saline County, Arkansas or willing to relocate

Availability:

This full-time position typically operates Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility required to attend occasional after-hours community or business events.
