POSITION: Electronic Disputes Specialist

LOCATION: CORPORATE

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals with a passion for financial analysis and a knack for resolving complex transactional discrepancies. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, team-driven environment and are eager to contribute their expertise to a dynamic and mission-focused organization. What You’ll Do:

  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes (ACH, debit cards, ATM, online banking, and more)
  • Follow timelines, policies, and regulatory procedures like a pro
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with customers and internal teams
  • Keep your documentation pristine—auditors will love you
  • Collaborate with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and other crime-fighting units
  • Support deposit operations functions like mobile deposit monitoring, wire processing, and account maintenance
  • Bonus mission: Jump into Accounts Payable as a backup hero—help process invoices, manage vendor payments, and keep things flowing when needed

 

 You’re Perfect for This If You:

  • Love details, checklists, and order
  • Are energized by problem-solving and customer service
  • Handle pressure and deadlines with a calm, collected attitude
  • Can switch gears from “detective mode” to “AP helper” without breaking a sweat
  • Know your way around Microsoft Word, Excel, and banking systems

 

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED (college degree in related field = bonus points)
  • 1–2 years of prior business office experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for doing things the right way—and finding ways to make them even better
