POSITION: LOAN PROCESSOR

LOCATION: CORPORATE

First Service Bank, honored as one of Arkansas’ Best Places to Work for six consecutive years (2020–2025), is now accepting applications for a Full-Time Loan Processor at our Corporate location.

This position offers flexibility to work within 30 miles of any First Service Bank branch.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Previous loan documentation experience for a bank or credit union, related industry experience, preferred, but not required
• Must be computer literate with high proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of web-based technology

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good typing skills
• Service-oriented skill set
• Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
• Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including copy machine, telephone, and computer
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle to attend off-site meetings, training, as needed
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English

Education / Certification

• High School diploma or GED required
• College degree in related field preferred

Must be available to work full-time Mondays through Fridays on-site.
