What You’ll Do

You’ll be the expert homeowners trust when they have serious plumbing needs.

• Run in-home plumbing consultations
• Diagnose problems and recommend the right solutions
• Present pricing confidently and explain value
• Build trust, overcome objections, and close the sale
• Partner with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience

What You MUST Have

• Strong plumbing knowledge (field experience or deep technical understanding)
• Proven sales ability (in-home sales or home services preferred)
• Confidence discussing money and options face-to-face
• Strong people skills and a professional presence
• A competitive, performance-driven mindset
• Valid driver’s license & ability to travel locally
