Are you a motivated sales professional with a knack for building trust and closing deals?

What You’ll Do

• Generate and close residential plumbing sales opportunities from inbound leads, referrals, and your own pipeline.
• Conduct in-home consultations, assess homeowner needs, and present tailored plumbing solutions.
• Deliver professional proposals, explain scope of work, and build trust with customers.
• Partner with operations to ensure a seamless project handoff and exceptional customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while tracking activity in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in plumbing or residential home services.
• Strong technical understanding of plumbing systems (or ability to learn fast).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
