Job Overview


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition in the financial services or insurance sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the brokerage’s online presence, including website content, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility.
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across various channels.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and email campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian insurance market and regulatory environment is preferred.
