Marketing Specialist

Brand, Digital & E-commerce

 The Opportunity

This role will support the continued growth and visibility of three established global brands: NOVUS Glass, Fix Auto and NOVUS Products within the Australian market.

Working closely with the national franchise networks to develop social media content, prepare marketing communications, analyse campaign performance and support a broad range of marketing initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of projects across brand, digital, communications, e-commerce and events, while developing practical experience across multiple areas of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Franchisee & Local Marketing

• Serve as a key point of contact for franchisees in relation to day-to-day marketing requests and support.
• Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing assets, materials, templates and resources.
• Liaise with internal teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver franchisee marketing initiatives.
• Support consistent brand implementation across the national franchise network.

Social Media & Content

• Manage social media content calendars across multiple brands and locations.
• Develop engaging social media content, including copy, imagery and video.
• Write and edit social media copy, marketing communications and supporting content.
• Coordinate content creation with internal teams, franchisees, agencies and suppliers.
• Oversee day-to-day community engagement and social media activity.
• Monitor social media performance and contribute to ongoing optimisation initiatives.

Internal Communications

• Prepare professional updates, announcements and marketing communications for franchisees and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the distribution of internal newsletters and network communications.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare regular social media and marketing performance reports.
• Monitor content performance and identify key insights.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly marketing reporting.

Brand & Campaign Support

• Support the planning and delivery of national marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate creative assets, collateral and campaign activity across multiple brands.

E-commerce

• Support website and Shopify updates for NOVUS Products.
• Manage product listings and promotional activity.
• Assist with website content, SEO and other digital marketing initiatives.

Events

• Support national events, trade shows and sponsorship activations, including logistics, collateral and communications.

Requirements

This role suits a marketing professional with 2–3 years’ experience who brings strong organisational skills, creativity and confidence managing competing priorities. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality marketing outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be creative, organised and commercially minded, with the ability to work across a varied portfolio of responsibilities. They will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and adapting to the needs of a dynamic business environment.

The role requires a proactive, collaborative individual who is willing to take ownership, contribute thoughtful ideas and support projects from concept through to execution.

Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, email marketing platforms or Google Analytics will be highly regarded. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and genuine interest in marketing will also be important to success in this role.
