About the Position

Our Client Onboarding Liaisons are highly motivated, organized professionals who play a key role in guiding dental practices through successful onboarding and training with Flex. This position focuses on ensuring practices feel confident using our software through effective implementation support, relationship-building, and clear communication.

This role requires strong instructional skills and the ability to translate technical workflows into simple, practical steps for dental teams. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams and may occasionally assist with basic support questions during onboarding.

This is a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarding dental practices.
  • Deliver engaging virtual training sessions to help clients adopt Flex efficiently.
  • Guide clients through implementation tasks, product setup, and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding-related questions or blockers quickly.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of onboarding progress and communicate timelines proactively.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, dental terminology, and updates to Flex and Open Dental software to continually improve onboarding effectiveness.


Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in a role involving training, onboarding, education, or customer enablement
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude


Preferred

  • Experience in dental or medical industries
  • Familiarity with Open Dental or other dental practice management systems
  • Ability to occasionally travel for work events or team onsite meetings
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
