Job Summary


The Account Coordinator will support the day-to-day management of influencer-driven music marketing campaigns across TikTok and other short-form platforms. Working closely with the Senior Account Manager and internal teams, this role will assist with campaign execution, creator coordination, tracking deliverables, and client communications. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who lives and breathes music trends, internet culture, and creator marketing.


Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of influencer campaigns from onboarding through reporting
  • Communicate with creators, track deliverables, and manage timelines to ensure timely launches and postings
  • Join client calls and assist in preparing recap emails and performance updates
  • Pull performance metrics from platforms like TikTok and Instagram to support internal and external reporting
  • Monitor trends, songs, and creators relevant to current and upcoming campaigns
  • Keep internal documents like master sheets, creator trackers, and campaign timelines updated
  • Coordinate invoice submissions and creator payments in partnership with the operations team
  • Participate in brainstorms for creative and culturally-relevant campaign angles

Qualifications 

  • 1–2 years experience at a talent agency, record label, music company, or influencer marketing agency preferred
  • Familiarity with TikTok, short-form platforms, and the creator economy
  • Strong communication and organization skills — able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Passion for music marketing and awareness of trending genres, especially pop, hip hop, urban, and Kpop
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Have worked with talent or creators directly
  • Can identify emerging songs or trends before they peak

Pay Scale

  • $18.00 to $21.63 / hour
