Viral Marketing Sr Account Coordinator

In music, we’re the premiere TikTok marketing agency—trusted by major labels, managers, and artists to launch records, spark discovery, and shape trends on the platform where music moves fastest. Our work spans influencer campaigns, short-form content, paid media, and digital support for releases across genres. We've led campaigns for artists including Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga, Doechii, Odetari, Gracie Abrams, and legacy acts like The Beatles, The Beach Boys, and The Cranberries.

We’re now looking for a Senior Account Coordinator with label or agency experience to join Flighthouse’s and support the Viral Marketing team’s music campaigns. 


Job Summary


The Senior Account Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal music team, overseeing campaign execution from start to finish. This role requires strong organizational skills, trend awareness, and analytical abilities to ensure successful campaign performance and client satisfaction, as well as the ability to work under pressure and time constraints. Previous label or agency experience REQUIRED.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (coordinators, creative, sales).
  • Lead campaign execution from onboarding to post-campaign reporting.
  • Oversee inbound campaigns, facilitate intro calls, coordinate with sales, and manage overall campaign budget and spend.
  • Work with the operations coordinator to process and oversee client invoices to ensure timely payments.
  • Provide bi-weekly client updates and analyze campaign performance using analytical tools to assess UGC impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, creators, and viral music.
  • Conduct weekly creative team check-ins to evaluate campaign progress and optimize strategies.
  • Maintain and update master sheets, revenue trackers, and creator core trackers to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications 

  • Previous label or agency experience REQUIRED.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, short form content, viral marketing trends, and platform updates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and campaign tracking tools.
  • Strong knowledge of all music genres: but specifically in urban & Kpop.
  • Self starter and highly motivated individual.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer.

Pay Scale

$20.67 - $23.07 / hr
