Flighthouse Media is a multi-faceted new media company with a diverse portfolio that includes original content channels (Flighthouse, Retirement House, and more), a creative content studio and full-service social agency, e-commerce services, and a 95+ page Instagram meme network - with a combined 330M+ followers driving 1B+ views per month.


We were on TikTok, before TikTok was even TikTok. As the first to run an influencer campaign on the platform, and as one of its largest presences, we’ve established ourselves as the go-to place for connecting brands with Gen Z.


Agency offerings include influencer marketing, original content creation, account management, paid media campaigns and beyond. Flighthouse works with a range of clients, from chart-topping musicians (Ice Spice, Lil Nas X, Blackpink) to industry-leading brands (Starbucks, Sephora, Tinder, Chipotle) and entertainment studios (Paramount Pictures, Prime Video, Warner Bros., Lionsgate).


Job Summary

We’re hiring a Social Media Coordinator to support our brand and entertainment clients and internal social campaigns. This role combines account support and social execution—you’ll help keep campaigns organized, publish content, engage with communities, support influencer activations, and contribute to reporting efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, culturally fluent, and excited to grow within a creative agency environment alongside some of the biggest names in entertainment.


Responsibilities

Campaign & Account Support

  • Maintain trackers, calendars, and asset links for campaigns
  • Assist the Account Manager in day-to-day client coordination and communications
  • Route creative for approval and track content deadlines across platforms
  • Help prep decks, call agendas, and recap notes

Social Media Execution

  • Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
  • Monitor and moderate comments and DMs using brand-safe tone and guidelines
  • Identify and flag relevant trends, creator moments, or platform updates

Reporting & Insights

  • Compile campaign and post-level reports
  • Track KPIs across views, engagement, and sentiment
  • Identify high-performing content and contribute ideas for creative iteration

Influencer & Seeding Campaign Support

  • Support with creator sourcing, outreach, and seeding efforts
  • Track influencer deliverables and product mailers
  • Organize assets and delivery timelines with talent
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • 1–2 years of experience in social, digital marketing, or influencer campaign coordination
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and their respective analytics and publishing tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and clear, professional communication
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Slack, and social scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Sprout, or similar)
  • Interest in pop culture, internet trends, and the entertainment industry
  • Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and creative work environments

Pay Scale

  • $17.87 - $19.00 per hour
  • The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
