WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


We are seeking a  results-oriented Sales Closer to join our Sales team. As one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, as a key member of FlipSystem Sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue to business by generating new sales deals through qualified inbound leads. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, have a strong understanding of real estate and investment principles, possess a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and a passion for delivering results that move business forward.

    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and hold firm in guiding prospects to make life-changing decisions. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Work to understand prospects investment goals and focus on converting inbound leads into high-value clients

  • Consistently engage and follow-up with prospective clients via phone & email to net new deals 

  • Attend daily sales meetings & track sales progress 

  • Drive revenue through inbound marketing leads by achieving at least 170 live calls per month 

  • Close a minimum of 10 sales per month or convert at least 15% of total attended live calls per month 

  • Consistently assess and pitch customer program and product needs on an ongoing basis, while effectively presenting the FS value proposition  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • Proven experience with over the phone or online high ticket experience or have operated in a similar role

  • Industry knowledge in the real estate market, including trends and patterns

  • Excellent verbal, written and project management skills

  • Experience using G-Suite, Hubspot, Slack, Zoom, etc
