WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


A strategic leader with a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams and achieving targets. As Sales Director you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, creating a comprehensive sales playbook, and optimizing the sales process to drive revenue growth. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and playbook, outlining best practices and processes

  • Track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure sales team performance and areas for improvement

  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities  for optimization and growth

  • Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends to drive business growth

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sales strategies with marketing and product development

  • Help foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the sales organization

  • Manage multiple sales teams to hit KPIs and quotas

  • Manage sales team compensation and employees to achieve targets and stay within budget.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • Proven experience and expertise in both real estate investment sales and SaaS sales

  • Deep understanding of the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of software solutions sales, methodologies and technology trends

  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams to achieve and exceed targets in real estate and/or SaaS sales.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive business growth in both areas

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION 

  • $150,000-$165,000

Final compensation, within range, will be dependent upon multiple variables such as an individual’s skills, experience and geolocation.
