WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


A creative Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the look and feel of FlipSystem’s brand across various digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Develop visual concepts and design for a variety of projects, including but not limited to, marketing collateral, social media graphics, social ads, HTML emails, web design and landing pages, deck presentations, and more

  • Create original artwork such as animation, motion graphics, icons, and graphics designs that align with FlipSystem's brand guidelines 

  • Ensure brand consistency across designs, typography and colors throughout all marketing materials and platforms

  • Continuously collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand integrity and evolve brand identity as needed

  • Work with the broader marketing team to develop concepts and ideas and translate them into compelling visual designs

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate innovative design concepts aimed at driving business goals

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback throughout the design process

  • Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes


WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles

  • Advanced understanding of design principles, layout composition, typography, and color theory

  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts 

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment and interact with team members at all levels

  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AE)

  • Commitment to producing high-quality design work that meets or exceeds expectations


BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION 

  • $65,000-$75,000

Final compensation, within range, will be dependent upon multiple variables such as an individual’s skills, experience and geolocation.
