About the Role

As Program Manager, Operations, you’ll drive the execution of supply chain, manufacturing, and operational programs that support the development and delivery of consumer electronics. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure that products are built efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of global operations and manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

  • Program Execution
    • Lead operational programs from prototype builds through mass production.
    • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across supply chain and manufacturing.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Supply Chain teams to align on build plans and readiness.
    • Ensure seamless handoffs between development and production phases.
  • Supplier & Partner Management
    • Coordinate with Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Partnerships on international suppliers and manufacturing partners.
    • Assist in monitoring vendor performance and resolve issues.
  • Operational Planning
    • Develop and maintain build schedules, logistics plans, and readiness checklists.
    • Track material availability, tooling readiness, and production milestones.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Resolve bottlenecks and escalate issues as needed.
  • Quality & Compliance
    • Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts.
    • Ensure operational processes meet internal and external standards.
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.
    • Document key decisions, actions, and learnings.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements.
    • Champion efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.

  • Manufacturing and supply chain programs are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Production ramps are smooth, with minimal disruptions or delays.
  • Vendor relationships are strong, with high performance and accountability.
  • Operational risks are identified early and mitigated effectively.
  • Communication across teams is seamless, with clear visibility into program status.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives lead to measurable gains in efficiency and cost savings.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations program management or manufacturing.
  • Experience with consumer electronics and global supply chains.
  • Strong understanding of NPI, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based out of our El Segundo office, following a hybrid schedule. While some remote flexibility is available, we place a strong emphasis on onsite presence for collaboration, team engagement, and hands-on work.

The pay range for this role is:

115,000 - 125,000 USD per year (HQ)
