Job Summary

We are looking for a creative E-Learning Instructional Designer to design and

develop interactive, accessible, and high-quality learning modules using

Articulate Storyline and Rise. The role requires expertise in storyboarding,

instructional design, and e-learning development, with a strong focus on

quality, learner engagement, and accessibility compliance.


Key Responsibilities

 Create detailed storyboards, scripts, and design plans aligned with

learning objectives.

 Develop engaging modules in Articulate Storyline/Rise, integrating

quizzes, branching, and interactive elements.

 Ensure WCAG accessibility compliance (alt text, transcripts, captions,

keyboard navigation).

 Conduct quality checks for design consistency, usability, and LMS

compatibility (SCORM/xAPI).

 Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and multimedia teams to

transform raw content into learner-centric modules.

 Revise and update existing content based on stakeholder and learner

feedback.


Required Skills & Qualifications

 Proven experience in Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar tools.

 Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s

Taxonomy).

 Proficiency in storyboarding and graphic design basics (layout,

typography, color).


 Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508).

 Understanding of SCORM/AICC/xAPI and LMS deployment.

 Excellent attention to detail, project management, and communication

skills.


Education & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia

Design, or related field (preferred).

 2–5 years of hands-on experience in e-learning content creation.

 Portfolio of e-learning modules is required
